Venison Chili
Mike's Cook-off Winning Venison Chili

2     Pounds Ground Venison
4     15 Ounce Cans Ranch Style Beans
32   Ounces Diced Tomatoes
1     Medium Onion
1     Medium Green Bell Pepper
2     Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
1     Cup Water (more or less as desired)
24   Ounces Vegetable Juice Cocktail
       Black Pepper

Chop the onion and green pepper, and mix together.

Brown the venison using 1/4 of the onion pepper mixture in the skillet and drain.

Combine the cooked meat along with the remaining ingredients in a pot and simmer about two hours, adding salt and pepper to taste.
